Building Sheets

Aluminium with its outstanding characteristics of light-weight durability, high strength, high heat reflectivity and low thermal emissivity, makes it most suitable material for roofing sheets. It has been used widely for factories, poultry farms, mills, power stations, warehouses and chemical plants. Aluminium does not contaminate, making it most suitable for food and pharmaceutical industries. Aluminium, being classified as a non-combustible material and rated Class 0, is accepted for roof covering without reservation, being rated as EXT.SAA to BS 476 Part3: 1958

Length
Length of up to 20 meters are produced and transported to site according to customers’ requirements.

Finish

Stucco  Embossed Finish	This finish maintains the high radiant heat reflectivity and high thermal emissivity.
Painted Finish	This is a 2-coats silicone polyester colour-baked protective finishing system. Colour ranges may be Light Beige, Dark Brown, Horizon Blue, Yodo Green, Azure Blue, and Red Oxide.

Profile

Standard Profile	The standard profile of roofing sheets conform to BS4868-1972, Type A with overall of sheet width of 825mm, effective cover width of 762mm and depth of trough 38mm and thicknesses 0.50mm, 0.55mm, 0.70mm and 0.90mm. Roofing pitch may be 5 to 15 degree and above.
Panel Rib Profile	Panel Rib Profile is also available with overall sheet width of 960mm, effective cover width of 914mm and depth of trough 19.00mm. Thicknesses of 0.55mm, 0.70mm and 0.90mm are available. 0.70mm nd 0.90mm. Roofing pitch may be 7.5 to 15 degree and above.

Accessories
Accessories such as standard ridge flashings, apron flashing, fascia flashing, corner flashing and flashing closure are also available.

Cladding Sheets
Building sheets of Standard Profile and Panel Rib Profile can be used as wall cladding mateial in all kinds of industrial buildings.
